The Central Park Plunge provides opportunity for 300 participants to abseil 220 metres from Central Park building on St George’s Terrace in Perth between Friday September 8 and Sunday September 10, 2017. Participants will raise funds for one of 4 selected event Charities for the event including –

  1. Ronald McDonald House – 148 descents Friday September 8 / Saturday September 9 (morning)
  2. The Fiona Wood Foundation – 52 descents Saturday September 9 (afternoon)
  3. Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia – 32 descents Sunday September 10 (morning)
  4. Cahoots – 68 descents Sunday September 10 (late morning and into the afternoon)

The Central Park Plunge aims to raise $350,000 for the 4 Charities. There will be 4 descent ropes making teams of 4 participants ideal to “Take the Plunge”. In 2015, the inaugural Plunge raised in excess of $485,000 and in 2016 the event raised $514,430+! We look forward to your support for this exciting event again in 2017.
